Honey custard pudding


Whole milk 450 g, white sugar 45 g

Egg white 135 g

Honey 10 g


1. Cook all ingredients over medium heat until white sugar melts. Mix and blend. Sift honey pudding curd into a baking dish. Get rid of bubbles on the top of pudding by a quick roast with igniter (or use a smaller spoon to poke bubbles off).

2. Preheat the oven. Put the baking dish into a larger, deep tray and add in some water. Heat up with 160C for 30 min and honey pudding curd will be well-cooked. Cool it and store it in the fridge.
